"Isobars" - focal bead

Oh look what you can do with a bit of Straw yellow and some Iris Gold glass! This look is often referred to as "Faux Boro" because of the lovely muted colours although this is all soft (soda) glass. I've distorted the core of this bead to create the "ribs" and then gently flattened the bead, which measures 52mm in length. It's maximum thickness is 9mm. Hole size is 2.3mm.
