This is a set of ivory coloured beads with glittering studs of lustred glass on the surface. This is my favourite colour combination - the lustred glass - which is one called Aurae, "fumes" the surface of the ivory coloured base - making the surface look crackled and sometimes caramellised. This is due to the high silver content of the Aurae glass. The beads are not identical as the silver fuming is a somewhat randomn process but they are close enough in appearance to go together as a set.

There are seven beads in this set - the diameters range from 16mm to 17mm (not including the bobbles). Bead hole is 1.6mm.

Lovely simple and elegant beads in a delicate pastel pink - almost antique pink colour. I've dotted these with light pink polka dots and then etched them for a silky sheen. Very feminine.

There are nine beads in this set having diameters ranging from 13-15mm. Bead hole is 2.4mm.

I'm quite pleased with the colour that I ended up with making these beads. Pink is always an awkward colour to use in glass making - you either get a cranberry colour or a pale baby pink colour - so I mixed this colour myself in order to obtain a more "standard" pink hue. Hope you like it!

There are nine beads in this set - measuring an average of 14mm. Bead hole is 1.6mm.

Yes, there is a Tooth Fairy and apparently there's also a Bead Faery who leaves nice things in people's kilns.

I've not seen the Bead Faery but I have lots of Bead Faery Eyes! Well, I think these look scarily like eyes, but then I have a vivid imagination - they might just look like beads to most people. Actually they can be beads or they can be buttons - having the bead hole offset so that they hang like droplets. I originally made these for a big jewellery project but I didn't end up using them so here they are. The base is ivory and the "eye" is a large plunged dot of Terra overlaid with clear.

There are twenty two of these - the "length" of them - from top of drop to bottom - is approximately 13-14mm. You could very easily use them as buttons by sewing them directly though the bead hole, which measures 1.6mm.

They're a bit difficult to photograoh and describe - so please odnt' hesitate to get in touch if you need any further information before buying.

This is a set of pretty BIG beads as they're all hollow. Why make hollow beads if you can't see through them? Well, they're much lighter this way - it's suprising how much glass beads can weigh - a fact which is evident when I visit the post office - lol!

Anyway - these beads are decorated with a swirl of lustred stringer. It's a bit difficult to see form the pictures but the stringer work is quite shiny. There are nine beads in the set with a gradation in sizing - the smallest is 21mm and the biggest is 27mm in diameter. Bead hole is 2.4mm throughout.

As with all of my hollows - they're not symmetrically round - some are a little eccentric in their roundness. I quite like that though - gives them a bit of character!

Rainbow charms can be bought separately  - you can have as many of as few as you like. They are made using the Faux Boro technique and the beautiful muted colours are a result of the  colour reaction between two different types of glass. So, no two are ever exactly the same.

The beads have a large hole - measuring 6mm, so they can slip straight onto the fashionable European style bracelets - like the Pandora or Troll. You can even buy a great silver bracelet from here and make up your own style.

Each bead measures approximately 15mm across but there may be a small variation if you order several. These beads do NOT have a silver core - so you can have the Troll look without the hefty price tag but if you fancy then with sterling silver riveted cores I can happily do this for you - (see below).

Price shown is per bead.

The beads have a large hole - measuring 5mm, so they can slip straight onto the fashionable European style bracelets - like the Pandora or Troll. You can even buy a great silver bracelet from here and make up your own style.

Each bead measures approximately 15mm across but there may be a small variation if you order several. I have added a pair of sterling silver rivets to these beads to line the holes so that they will coordinate with your existing silver cored beads.

Price shown is per riveted bead - bracelet is not included.
